If 30 days have gone by from the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Faulty items or items damaged due to our error, will be exchanged for a new item and shipped to you at our cost.
If you have simply changed your mind you are not entitled to a refund.
Items eligible for return and exchange, or refund, must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return and exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchange/Refund
If you need to exchange an item or request refund:
Send an email to info@ultrasoundgelpad.com advising of defective status or request for refund inclusive of a photograph of defective item.
We refund purchase price only, exclusive original postage.
Please send your defective or damaged item to PO Box 582, Dubbo, NSW, 2830, Australia.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We reserve the right to either approve or reject your claim for exchange or refund dependent upon our inspection of the returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim for exchange or refund.
If we approve your refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card, within 7 working days of receipt of your returned item to our office.
If we approve your exchange, the exchanged item will be posted as soon as reasonably possible after approving claim and posted to address already lodged with us.
If you have not received your refund:
First recheck your bank, credit/debit card or financial institution account.
It may take some time before your refund is officially transferred due to bank, credit/debit card or financial institution internal processing and handling, of which we have no control.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ultrasoundgelpad.com.
Return Shipping
To return your item, you should mail it to PO Box 582, Dubbo, NSW, 2830, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Utilising trackable shipping service facilitates item tracking and provides timeline for tracking of refund or exchange for both parties.
